About Jim Timilty

Senator Jim Timilty (D-Walpole) represents the ten communities that make up the Bristol-Norfolk District in the Massachusetts State Senate.

Since being sworn into office Jim has served as the Senate Chair of the Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government as well as Vice Chair of the Committee on Tourism, Arts, and Cultural Development. 

Jim also serves on the Elder Affairs Committee, The Transportation Committee, and The Small Business and Community Development Committee.

As your State Senator, Jim Timilty is dedicated to working every day serving as your voice in state government.  A proven leader with a record of results, Jim can be depended on to fight for your interests.
